I very surprised that there is not more security regarding his cell phone. It seems like they would give him a suped up secret cell phone! I run several miami beach hotels and our security is really crazy. We get tested all the time by locals and tourists alike. If this really happened - its just crazy to me.

I think they should go after them. There is probably alot of sensitive info on his phone. That also means that if they can get into his phone they can get into ours. I have a medical escort Service and I do everything I can to stay confidential, especially with the info of my patients and clients.
