more from Maximum Fun

I had a blast last night recording an episode of Comedy & Everything Else. Stef and Jimmy were gracious hosts and we had a lot of fun talking about everything from President Obama to Queen Latifah. If you have the stomach for two and a half hours of me running my mouth, you should check it out.

Fun Show!
I've been a fan of J.J. Go, The Sound of Young America, and Comedy and Everything Else for a long time. It was really fun hearing those two worlds audibly collide.
I always like it when Jimmy Dore talks about comedy and it was super interesting to hear Jessie talk about public radio.
Subject: racist humour.
Hey Jesse, Amazing appearance on an amazing show.
First of all, any inside scoops on what's up with Jimmy and Todd G?
Ok, 'access hollywood' query out of the way, here's my real question.
You mentioned talking to a comedian on your show about racial humour, this is a topic I am interested in as a lot of the subtle racial stereotype gags bother me. I was raised in an uptight presbyterian family, so my over PCness is understandable. I guess I'm just looking for someone to help me enjoy the 25% of comedy that I find unappealing on face value.
So, who was it you were talking to? I recalled Bill Burr, but that doesn't seem to be showing up in your archives. I'm not sure where inthe podcast you were mentioning this stuff so I'd appreciate it if you could just let me know which episode you were talking about.
THANKS FOR READING!
best,
george

Hooray! It was a great show
Hooray! It was a great show from start to finish, including yet another "say goodbye to the guest then do another 20 minutes with the guest" segment.
