That's actually a yearly quiz called "The Big Fat Quiz of the Year" and it's a must download for me every year. In general the quiz shows get kind of mid-level older comedians and musicians and presenters or up and comers, but occasionally they'll get someone like Mitchell or Brand or Ross or Brydon.
Rob Brydon actually did a really funny satirical show about the making of a quiz show that rivals the original Office for desperation and humiliation.
As for real quiz shows, the Simon Amstell years at Nevermind the Buzzcocks are golden.
