Oh, he totally DID kill it on Party Down! He's so good at being really awkward and kinda creepy. He was great as Mary on Psych and of course as one of the McPoyles on It's Always Sunny, and his "Hey, check it out, I'm a normal guy!" schtick on Party Down was really great.
