I've been through and through those archives, and I agree, there are some great interviews. But that god damm pronunciation on "this is Fresh Air, I'm Terry Gross," and I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. The looooooooong "F" in Fresh. That drives me nutzs. I've taken to calling her Terry "The Tits" Gross, just to counteract the feeling her intro gives me. For several years I've been meaning to do a loopy mix sort of deal with "Fresh Air" and "Gross" cut together and jumbled about using many different versions of her super pretentious and annoying pronunciation of the word fresh. And all this because I do in fact really enjoy her show....sometimes

I always liked that... she's such a dork, I find it charming.
