Talk amongst yourselves.

I'm going to be working 22 hours tommorow as a Field Election Deputy for the San Francisco Department of Elections, driving hither and thither in an official van, protecting democracy. So in the meantime, I encourage you to talk amongst yourselves. Consider this an open topic. Please no meanness or self-promotion.

Okay. Which tv show (past or present) would you most like to see re-enacted by chimpanzees? My vote goes to Magnum PI.

Murder, She Wrote. But I would want to keep Angela Lansbury and make her re-enact the shows with the chimpanzees

I have to say, an all-chimp OC would make the show infinitely more watchable, same goes to My Super Sweet Sixteen.

Charlie Rose. Keep the guests human, as in the Murder She Wrote suggestion, but have them interviewed by an amicable chimpanzee. No offense to Charlie Rose.

Cops. Real suspects being chased down by badge-wielding, gun-toting chimps. Whatcha gonna do?

Happy Days. Because it would provide more monkey spinoffs than the average sitcom...

Hey everybody, I just ran into Jesse at the liquore store. He was very drunk but I think he said something about your donation money, a trained chimp and a motorboat.

I think an all chimp version of Matlock would be very interesting. We could get those monkeys with the long gray beards to play Matlock.

I think that Jesse has a chance, with the site redesign, to turn the blog into more of a community, something unique between a blog and a message board. I imagine Jesse (and maybe a few others) posting a topic and everyone being able to respond as in a dialogue. This would require lots of changes to the site, like listing entry headlines and number of comments and when they were made... I dunno I'm rambling now and would have to draw this for it to make sense.
