Podcast: Jack McBrayer, 30 Rock's "Kenneth"
Jack McBrayer plays the almost alarmingly lovable NBC page Kenneth in the new sitcom "30 Rock." He's unquestionably the breakout star of the program, lighting up the screen with a 10,000 watt smile. (In case you haven't noticed, I think he's fucking great.)
While Jack is a newcomer to the national stage, he's a comedy veteran. He appeared in the film Talladega Nights, and has graced the boards of The Second City, The Upright Citizens Brigade Theater and the IO for many years.

By the way, the day after this interview was recorded, it was announced that 30 Rock has been renewed for a second season!

Sorry to disagree. 30 Rock is a great show. The writing is top-notch. Alec Baldwin's comedic timing is dead on. Tracy Morgan and Tina Fey play their roles to perfection. The Kenneth character though.....I wince every time his character comes on. HE IS SIMPLY NOT FUNNY. AT ALL!
Jack McBrayer is one of the best comic actors in primetime. But I have to say, Jesse, you're one of the worst interviewers I've ever heard. Really, really awkward questions, wordy interjections. Shut up and let the guest talk. You're terrible!

But Jack McBrayer seems like such a sweetheart-- just like Kenneth!
The douchy comments from the anonymous commenter(s)should be taken with a grain of salt or just ignored.
This was one of TSOYA's better interviews. Jack McBrayer was hysterical. Jesse and Jack have a nice rapport which makes for a great piece.
Jacks portrayal of Kenneth is a key part of this show being funny. without his presence the show wouldnt be so impressive. So therefore you people that think hes annoying just think how boring your lives would be if there werent buffoons like kenneth in your little snooty perfect world. posted by www.funnyordie/davemcbrayer bitches!
