Yes, that is indeed Jewel "Becca from Flash Forward" Staite.And yes, that photo is from a photo shoot from a few years ago and was more than likely used illegally.

Photographers sell their images to stock houses all the time. This could very well be legitimate; the designers may have that image on a clip art disc or something. She isn't that well known.
