PLAYBOY in Int'l Waters

--You realize, of course, that PLAYBOY was Always a magazine about gadgets and cheesecake? Always aspirational for the would-be hipster. Took after its elder cousin ESQUIRE that way. Now look at them both, and try not to shed a tear for, indeed, their reduced states...PLAYBOY seems more an old man's project than even ESQUIRE, which in its turn just seems like what happens when the stereotypical frat boys take over the hipsters' new favorite hang.
